Telur Santan Rempah
Ingredient?:?
- Telur Puyuh sepak – isi 20 telur
- Santan 1 sachet
- Tempe satu batang besar potong dadu
- Kacang Panjang 8 lonjor potong panjang
- Garam Gula secukupnya
- Kencur ½ umbi potong kecil
- Daun jeruk 2 lembar sayat-sayat
- Serai 1 batang belah, potong memanjang
- Bawang merah 5 Siung potong kecil
- Bawang putih 3 Siung potong kecil
- Minyak secukupnya
- Air 1 gelas belimbing
equipment :
- Kompor Listrik
- Pan Anti Lengket
- Panci kecil
- Mangkok saji
how to cook :
- Masak Telur dengan air, hingga masak, setelah 20 menit, buang air, lalu tunggu sebentar dan kupas telur,
- Siapkan pan penggorengan, panaskan minyak terlebih dahulu, setelah dirasa cukup masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, kencur, serai, daun jeruk, tumis hingga harum, setelah harum tambahkan air putih setengah gelas belimbing , garam, gula dan 1 sachet santan
- Tambahkan kacang panjang dan tempe, aduk aduk, lalu biarkan sampai 5 menit,
- Setelah 5 menit tambahkan telur puyuh, masak selama 10 menit.
- Sajikan bersama nasi hangat pandan.
Catatan: Telur puyuh memiliki nutrisi yang cukup, Kadar protein telur puyuh cukup baik, dengan kadar lemak yang rendah. Sehingga jika mengonsumsi telur puyuh, dapat tercukupi kebutuhan protein dan karbohidrat kita, tetapi tidak takut kolesterol naik. Jadi, bisa untuk diet kolesterol juga.
Sedangkan Kacang panjang merupakan sumber protein yang baik, vitamin A, thiamin, riboflavin, besi, fosfor, dan kalium, dan sumber yang sangat baik untuk vitamin C, folat, magnesium, dan mangan.
